Auto Insurance Claims

At the time of an auto accident, you should take note of the following:

► The date, time and place of accident

► The circumstances leading to the accident

► The third party's vehicle license plate number and name of driver

► The name of third party's insurer and policy number (if available)

► The name of the owner if the driver of the third party vehicle is not its owner

► The details of witness, if any

► If you have camera with you, take a picture of the damages to your car and scene of accident immediately.

► Do not admit or discuss liability.

► Do not allow your motor vehicle to be towed away from the scene of the accident by a repairer who is not known to you or not authorized by us.

► Where an injury is involved, you have to call the police immediately and provide them the details of the accident.

► Please file a claim immediately to our Claims Department or to our authorized General Agents or Brokers.
